This inception report has been prepared in response to the invitation by ActionAid-Ethiopia (AAE) for the consultancy service to generate evidence on the Impact of COVID-19 on women/girls’ rights and gender-based violence (GBV) from socio-economic, legal, and gender perspective and propose practical recommendations.
